Masterton has a great variety of eateries from Thai, to Tex Mex, Turkish and A La Carte options. We are also in the same region as Martinborough, which is renowned for excellent eateries and world class culinary experiences.
When can we book?
Bookings are currently open for Cascadia Cottage for summer. We close during the spring equinox winds. Bankside bookings open from Labour weekend.
Can we bring our pup?
For Cascadia we currently have a no pet policy as it is not fenced. At Bankside you can bring your pup and we have a run and a kennel available. You will need to keep them with you at all times as there are adjacent farms. The forest park allows dogs.

Can we eat in? Do you offer catering?
The cottages are self catering. Cascadia Cottage has a small kitchenette and Bankside has a full kitchen. Both have BBQ's.
Arrival times?
Arrival at Cascadia is from 3.00pm - Bankside is 3.00pm. Check out is 10.00am. It it self check in and you will be emailed the instructions prior to arrival.
Is there cell coverage?
Yes you have full 4G cell reception at both cottages. Wifi is provided for guests at Bankside only.
Can children stay?
Bankside is ideal for your family stay. With a bunkbed (dbl below, sgl up top) and a queen bed. There is a sandpit, treehouse, flying fox, trampoline and climbing frame.
Due to the nature of the accommodation, the loft bed, and the surrounding riverside peninsula and waterways we don't allow children to stay at Cascadia.

What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking is confirmed when you book and pay via our website or affiliate site. We observe the cancellation policy outlined by Canopy Camping Escapes.
The cottages run lighting, water pumps and power points from solar energy. There is gas hot water, hot showers and flushing toilets. At Cascadia you are on 12v so you can only charge phones. Bring your devices fully charged - or leave them at home altogether and relax. Bankside runs on a large solar system and has 240v. However you cannot run appliances all at the same time. Check the in-house compendium for helpful guidance.
What's the occupancy?
Cascadia Cottage accommodates two people in a superking loft bed. Bankside Cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms with a queen and a double bed plus a top single bunk bed (max 60kg).
